Arjun said that it was his sister Anshula Kapoor who emerged as his pillar of support during these tough times.

The actor said that he envies people who can go back home to their mothers because that makes a difference.

He said that his stability now comes with Anshula around but in the beginning she was working in Delhi and he was alone.

He said that he dealt with it by running away, by being away from home always working. However, eventually Arjun began to accept that this is how his life is and that he won't have his mother around.

Talking further about dealing with the difficult phase, Arjun said that they had not touched their mother's room for six years. He said that for him and Anshula the house is her.

He said that it feels incomplete when he does not have his mother to talk to about his day and his work life. The Ishaqzaade actor said that whatever he does there will always remain a void.

He said that one cannot deal with it beyond dealing with it as it happens. Arjun said that one needs to accept it, smile about it and think about her in a positive way and move on.
